GENERATOR: ●Employs 32 bits industrial drade computer for maximum stability, fast execution, and great memory capacity. ●Automatic traverse and positioning function for three axes. ●Maximum memory capaity is up to 100 working files & Maximum 1000 positioning holes for each file. ●Side machining directions: X+,X- ,Y+,Y-,Z- and may set 1-10 Total 10 steps auto machining for each directions. ●Auto positioning of machine zero point, home point return, Z-axis mold calibration, mold center, hole center, automatic edge search, 3- axis positioning, mold. ●9 set of home points & 100 sets of machining coordinates. ●Intelligent arcing auto adjustment function: Intelligent arcing sensor & adjust parameters to ensure best derformance. ●New "FUZZY" edition function : just input:(1) Material of electrode & workpiece (2) Machining depth. (3) Maximum curret &(4) Minimum curret, the "FUZZY" will auto set the machining parameters for each step from roughing to final finish. FEATURES OF THE MACHINE: ●High sensitive & fast response servo system. ●Digital readout with 0.005mm resolution. ●Softare, hardware and mechanical limits switch provide comprehensive safety guards on the machine. ●Table surface is heat treated to avoid scratching. ●Constructed of rugged cast iron, quench treated for constant accuracy.
